This process aides you in distilling your passions down into a simple statment or set of staments. Building from this Vision and Mission, you can easily see which opportunities support your goals and which ones do not.

Clients direct the sessions onto what area of life you want to expand. The job of your HypnoCoach, Barry Krueger, is to support you with tools to discover your vision and support in moving toward these dreams with real action items.

These sessions will combine the tools of brainstorming, goal setting, relaxation, visualization and hypnosis to coach you toward any improvement you seek in life.

H Y P N O T H E R A P Y

Introductory private sessions run 90 minutes and include a combination of interview and exploration of your goals, interactive relaxation, and suggestion while in a highly receptive state. Single sessions or package sessions available. (Return sessions are usually 60 minutes each.)
The goal is to teach you how to practice Theta Dreaming on your own. Teaching you how to relax and visualize your situation from the solution. Self-hypnosis is an excellent aide for:

Barry Krueger is a modern day visionary working as a motivational speaker, inspirational life coach, spiritual counselor and therapeutic hypnotist. Barry is a lifelong student of spirituality, a licensed practioner with United Centers for Spiritual Living and a Member of the National Guild of Hypnotists. He is owner of Dreamscapes Hypnotherapy and creator of the Theta Dreaming Method.

Barry supports his clients in growing toward their highest potential using a variety of tools including Visioning, Eriksonian Hypnotherapy, Transformational Healing Method, Emotional Freedom Technique, Parts Therapy and Timeline Therapy.

Barry received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University in 2001. Barry is committed to using his training, skills and resources to assist others in achieving their highest potential.
